You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and the current billing period remains active until it ends.

One-time packs
One-time pack purchases are non-refundable once paid. We do not offer automatic self-service refunds for unused packs.
Failed generations
If a generation request is accepted and later confirmed failed, the consumed credit is automatically returned.
Mistaken purchases
If you bought the wrong plan or need help with a mistaken purchase, contact support. We review these cases manually.
Provider or legal requirements
If a payment provider or applicable law requires a different outcome, we will follow that requirement.
